Nuclear Med Tech Travel Opportunity

Location: Sierra Vista, Arizona
Contract Length: 13 weeks


Position Details

  • Specialty: Nuclear Medicine Technology (CNMT)
  • Shift: Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Weekly Hours: 40 hours guaranteed
  • Weekend Hours: None
  • Call Requirements: None
  • Number of Openings: 1
  • Patient Population: Adult and Geriatric
  • Patient Ratios: 1:1

Requirements

  • Years of Experience: Minimum 2 years working in a Nuclear Medicine department
  • Certifications:
    • NMTCB (Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board)
    • AZDHS (Arizona Department of Health Services)
    • ARRT (Nuclear Medicine)
    • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • Skills:
    • Capable of performing a variety of nuclear medicine exams including cardiac scans and SLN injections
  • Education: Associate degree from a Nuclear Medicine program
  • Dress Code:
    • Scrubs of any color
    • No acrylic nails, ball caps, or T-shirts except on Fridays

    • GE DISCOVERY 830
    • Captus Thyroid Uptake Probe and Well Counter
  • Electronic Health Record: Cerner
