(12’s, 10’s, 8’s). 10 hour shifts • What is the start time for the shift? 0600-1630 • Guaranteed hours? 36-40 • OT policy? None • Orientation Dates? How long? 2-3 days • Does your work week run Sunday-Saturday (pay periods)? Monday through Friday • Weekend rotation? No weekends • Floating? No floating • Call? (PACU and OR typically have more on call so details needed here.) Yes is they are willing to take call • Number of beds or suites/rooms? 6 operating rooms and MRI • Nurse to patient ratio or cases per day/week? – they are assigned to an OR and will be moved once their room is done or at change of shift • Years of experience needed? 2+ • Travel experience required?
