Emergency Department RN – Nights – 13 Weeks

Start Date: 03/16/2026 Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (3×12) Location: Willingboro, NJ

Position Overview

A high‑acuity Emergency Department is seeking an experienced ER RN for night‑shift coverage. Travelers must be comfortable caring for both adult and pediatric patients and floating within a multi‑hospital system based on need. Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and confidence in fast‑paced environments are essential.

Requirements

Experience

• Minimum 3 years RN experience (required)
• Adult AND pediatric ER experience required
• First‑time travelers accepted but not preferred

Certifications

• AHA BLS
• AHA ACLS
• AHA PALS

Testing Requirement

Must pass a Dysrhythmia test within 72 hours of signing the contract.

• Only 2 attempts allowed
• Must be completed on a PC (not compatible with iOS)
• Failure to complete or pass results in contract cancellation and DNR

Other Requirements

• EPIC charting experience
• RTO must be submitted at time of submission
  • No RTO accepted after submission
  • No RTO allowed during first week

Floating Expectations

Travelers must be willing to float within skillset to 7 hospitals, including:

• Voorhees
• Marlton
• Mt. Holly
• Willingboro
• OLOL
• Camden Satellite
• Berlin Satellite

Unit Details

• Patient Ratio: 1:4
• Charting: EPIC
• Call: None
• Weekends: Every other weekend
• Holidays: Every other holiday

Dress Code

• Standard facility‑approved scrubs (color provided during onboarding)

• Strong ER clinical skills across adult and pediatric populations
• Confident with dysrhythmia interpretation
• Flexible and comfortable floating across multiple campuses
• Calm, adaptable, and team‑oriented
