Job Title: CCU/ICU RN – Aspirus Howard Medical Center – Variables

Radius Rule: Contractors must live outside a 50-mile radius from the facility 

Start Date: ASAP

Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 36 hours

Primary Location: Howard Young Medical Center

Shift Requirements:

• Variable day and night shifts

Float Requirements:

• Float to other units as needed
• Possible float to Medical-Surgical (MS) as needed

Facility Float:

• Float to Rhinelander, Eagle River, and Tomahawk
• Floating assignments can and will be prescheduled

On Call / Call Back Requirements:

• Can be low census and put on call
• Call back minimum is 2 hours

Weekend / Holiday Requirements:

• Every other weekend and every other holiday

Required Certifications:

• Wisconsin RN License
• BLS
• ACLS
• NIHSS preferred

Minimum Experience:

• 2 years, one travel assignment preferred (not required)

Unit Details:

• 10-bed unit: ICU and IMC
• Medical-Surgical (MS) unit: 34 beds
• Nurse to patient ratios:
  • ICU: 1:2
  • IMC: 1:3–1:4
  • MS: 1:5–1:6

Charting Experience:

• EPIC preferred

Scrub Colors:

• Any color scrubs
