Description

Nurse Manager – Operating Room / PACU

Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | 40 hrs/week
Holiday: Every other major holiday required
EMR: EPIC (Required)

Unit Overview

5 Operating Rooms
1 Endoscopy Room
9 PACU Bays
5 Pre-Op Bays
4 Secondary Recovery Bays
3 PAS (Pre-Admission Screening) Clinic Rooms

Position Summary

The OR Nurse Manager is responsible for the supervision and oversight of the Operating Room, PACU, Pre-Op, and PAS areas. The ideal candidate will have strong perioperative leadership experience in an acute care setting and be comfortable managing multi-unit workflows.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years OR Nurse Manager experience (acute care)
EPIC experience required
Active or Conditional Massachusetts RN License at submission
AHA BLS (Required at submission)
Travel experience must be documented on the resume
