What You’ll Do:
As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will provide top-quality patient care, helping individuals regain mobility and strength. Your role is vital in delivering effective therapy plans, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring a positive rehabilitation experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Current Texas PTA license
• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in a SNF setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to patient-centered care

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Knowledge of EMR systems and documentation practices
• Additional certifications in specialized therapy techniques

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Valid Texas PTA license
• At least 1 year of professional experience as a PTA in a similar setting

Other Requirements:

• No travel required
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Willingness to commit to a consistent schedule, with flexibility for up to 40 hours per week
