<p>Circulating OR RN – 4x10s | Rural CAH | 40hrs + Call</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>4</p><p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Circulating OR RN</strong> for a rural Critical Access Hospital providing 24/7 surgical services.</p><p>This is a low-volume, highly independent environment.</p><h2>🎯 Requirements</h2><p>✔ Strong circulating experience (required)<br />✔ Ability to assist in PACU &amp; Pre-Op (within scope)<br />✔ Comfortable in rural, independent setting<br />✔ BLS, ACLS, PALS required</p><h2>🏥 Case Mix</h2><ul><li>General surgery</li><li>Orthopedics</li><li>OB (C-sections)</li><li>Urology</li><li>Endoscopy/Colonoscopy</li><li>ENT</li></ul><p>1–2 cases/day typical (max 4–5)</p><h2>⏰ Schedule</h2><p>☀️ Days – 4x10-hour shifts<br />📅 40 hours per week<br />📞 Call required (50%)</p><ul><li>2 days/week</li><li>Every other weekend</li><li>One full call week every other week</li></ul><p>This is ideal for an OR RN who thrives in a small-team, independent rural setting and is comfortable taking call.</p>
