Tell us about the unit(s):

·       Number of Beds – 20 bed

·       Number of Staff –

·       Type of staff:

o   Day Shift – 1 charge, 10 RN (no support staff)

o   Night Shift – 1 charge, 10 RN (no support staff)

·       Patient Ratios – 2:1 (low acuity 3:1)

·       Type of equipment – Baxter Pumps

·       EMR - Expanse

Skill Set Most recruited for: 

Must have:  candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

·        Medical ICU experience.

·       Vent/ drip titration

Preferred or nice to have:  candidates with these skills will be considered first.

·       Intubation, central lines, endoscopy, tracheostomy, chest tubes

·        

Best personality Fit:

·        Team player that is flexible and has a good attitude.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:

·       ACLS, BLS

Floating Area(s):

·       Progressive Care

Dress Code:

·       Scrub Color/Attire - Royal Blue
