Description

Procedures performed on unit:  

 

Able to assume the care for laboring patient population

C-section, cerclages, induction  of labor, versions, baby catch

 

Certifications Required:

Intermediate AWHONN, BLS, STABLE, ACLS, NRP

 

Scheduling requirements: three 12 hour shifts per week

Floating policy: to “like units” or to task

On Call Expectations: no on call

Weekend Requirement: 4 weekend shifts per schedule

• 36 guaranteed hours a week and RTO upon request • Potential Overtime hours • 13 week contract, book directly with facility • Potential to extend contract with facility • Potential hourly incentives for specific specialties • 401k & Discounted stock purchase options

Pros

ER was amazing, staff are competent and very kind. Best management team Ive had thus far. I would recommend to all nurses! Great Pay

Cons

Meditech charting is not the greatest to work with but manageable. No ER techs but more RNs on the floor than typical to help accomplish tasks.
