*** PACU RN 40hrs. Days *** 

Shift: Monday through Friday - 9:00am to 5:30pm.

Unit Name: Post Anesthesia Care Unit.

 

Brief Unit Description: Post Anesthesia Care, General Surgery, Thoracic Surgery, Plastic Surgery, Vascular Surgery, Orthopedics, Urology, Gynecology.Years of 

 

Experience Required: 5 years.

Clinician to Patient Ratio: 1RN: 2 Patients. 

Patient Population: Pediatrics, Adult and Geriatric.

Bed Count: 34.Census: 30 to 40 patients per day.

EMR (Charting System): EPIC.

Floating Required: No.

Rotating Shifts Required: Primarily Evening shift. May need to rotate to an occasional Day shift, no Night shifts.

Certifications Required: Active MA RN License. 

AHA ACLS, PALS, & BLS.
