Description

Registered Nurse – Nights

Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (12-hour nights)
Start Date: ASAP

Licensure & Certifications

Current New Mexico RN license or active Compact RN license
BLS certification (AHA required)
ACLS certification (AHA required)
TNCC required

Skills & Competencies

Current knowledge and skills appropriate to patient population served.
Understanding of and sensitivity to patient rights.
Clear, concise communication skills appropriate to developmental age.
Ability to function effectively in emergency and crisis situations.

Work Environment

Exposure to:
- Bloodborne pathogens (Category B; Category C for OR, PACU, L&D)
- Infectious diseases
- X-rays
Clean, well-lit, ventilated, smoke-free facility.
Varied working hours with flexibility required due to emergencies.
