Description

Charge RN – MS/Tele/PCU (Mixed Unit)

Shift: Nights – 3x12s (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Location: Titusville, FL
Charting System: Meditech
Scrubs: Any color
Parking: Free

🚨 Hard Requirements

Previous Charge RN experience REQUIRED (automatic removal if not)
Minimum 2 years specialty experience
Experience with 1:6 patient ratios
Comfortable managing PCU-level patients
Must have Cardiac Drips (no titration) experience
Must be competent with:
- Dysrhythmias (interpretation & management)
- CVA patients
- Chest tubes
Must have FL RN license or Compact license in hand
No locals (must live >30 miles from facility)

📌 Unit Overview

Mixed Unit: Med Surg, Med Surg Tele, and PCU
Typical ratio: 1:6 (Days/Nights/Weekends)
Adult & Geriatric patients
Floating required (within scope)
Weekend requirement: Every other weekend
No block scheduling allowed

ACLS (AHA)
BLS (AHA)
NIHSS

COVID-19 vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only)
