Position Summary
The Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers age-appropriate patient care on assigned units, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency in alignment with organizational standards. Demonstrates professional clinical practice, effective communication, and respectful collaboration with patients, families, physicians, and staff.
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited RN program
Current New Mexico RN license or Compact license required
BLS (AHA) required
ACLS (AHA) required
TNCC required
Skills & Requirements
Knowledge appropriate to patient population served
Strong communication and patient advocacy skills
Ability to handle emergency/crisis situations
Capable of prolonged standing, walking, lifting, and patient transfers
Exposure to infectious diseases and clinical environments
Reports To: Patient Care Director/Manager
