- Shift: 12 hours, nights
RRT – ECMO Specialist | Nights (3x12s)
Shift: 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM (occasional rotation to days 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM)
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
On-Call: Yes, as needed
Floating: Yes, within scope
Locals: Not accepted (must live 100+ miles from facility)
Pending License: Accepted (must be active at start)
RTO: Ideally no more than 5 days
Experience Requirements
Minimum 2 years RRT experience
Minimum 1 year ECMO Specialist experience (REQUIRED)
Must have hands-on ECMO machine experience
Adult Critical Care background required
Certifications Required
RRT
State License
ACLS
BLS
PALS
Clinical Skills Required
Airway management (intubation assist, extubation, trach care, suctioning)
Care of ARDS, ECMO, COVID, pneumonia, bronchoscopy patients
Advanced ventilator management (BiPAP, CPAP, SIMV, weaning, alarm troubleshooting)
ABG interpretation & arterial puncture
Oxygen therapy including HFNC and ECMO protocols
Administration of respiratory medications (Albuterol, Nitric Oxide, Flolan, Pulmicort, etc.)

672 staffed beds
Charting: Excellian/Epic
Scrubs: Ceil Blue (provided) or Olive Green (traveler-owned)
Parking: $0.55/hour (all shifts)
Guaranteed Hours
Client may cancel up to 3 shifts without penalty. On-call hours do not count toward guaranteed minimum hours.
