AdventHealth Sebring is seeking a confident and detail-driven PCU / Telemetry RN for a 3x12 night shift contract. If you thrive in high-acuity environments where close monitoring, cardiac support, and rapid clinical judgment are key — this assignment is for you.

Position Details:
Start Date: 3/23/2026
Location: Sebring, FL
Schedule: 3x12 Nights (7p–7a, every other weekend)
Contract Length: 12.86 Weeks (End Date: 6/21/2026)
Hours: 36 per week
Unit: PCU / Surgical Stepdown / Telemetry
Floating: Required to all 3 campuses
Scrub Color: Navy Blue

Patient Population:

• Telemetry patients
• Progressive Care / PCU level of care
• Post-surgical patients
• MS Holds (PCU level)

Responsibilities:

• Continuous telemetry monitoring
• Advanced cardiac support and rhythm interpretation
• Post-operative care and medication management
• Early recognition of clinical deterioration
• Patient and family education for safe discharge
• Collaborative care with interdisciplinary teams

Requirements:

• Active RN license (Compact accepted)
• BLS (AHA) certification
• Minimum 1 year of PCU or Telemetry experience
• Strong prioritization and time management skills
• Willingness to float as needed
