Description
Any traveler not currently in possession of an active State of HI license must apply upon acceptance of offer. Candidate must have Hawaii License by start of assignment.
Varied Shifts (TBD) 13-week contract - Scheduled 36 hours per week following first full week of orientation -
Will be required to work various shift lengths and various days. Must be flexible. No guarantee of hours. No guarantee of shift preference.
Equipment utilized in the unit/dept:
Meditech EMR; pyxis; wound vac; chest tubes. tube feeding, NG/G-Tubes, Trach Care, PICC/PORT
Required skills and minimum years of experience:
2-10 years’ experience
Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required:
BLS, ACLS is not required for our unit, unless it is an agency requirement
Floating to other units/departments:
May float to Med Surg and Surgical Peds
Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept:
TCU 32 bed
Nurse to patient ratio of this unit:
1:8 nurse with 1:6 Aides during the Day and 1:8 during the Night
