Physical Therapist – Home Health Contract | Fairfax, VA

American Medical Staffing puts clinicians first and is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist for a contract assignment in Fairfax.

Position Details

Pay: $2830 weekly gross
Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Shifts: 5 × 8-hour days per week
Start Date: ASAP
Setting: Home Health

Requirements

Minimum 2 years experience in a Medicare-certified Home Health setting
Active PT license (or willingness to obtain Virginia licensure)
Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and patient education skills
