Job Title: Travel RN – Float (Days)
Location: Santa Fe
Shift: Days | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse – Float to join our Patient Care Services team in Santa Fe, NM. The RN will coordinate and implement patient care specific to the age of the patient population served across assigned units. This role ensures high-quality, efficient, and safe patient care consistent with unit and organizational standards.
The ideal candidate demonstrates strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and a commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, effective, and age-appropriate nursing care
- Float between assigned patient care units as needed
- Maintain compliance with unit standards and organizational policies
- Communicate clearly and effectively with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
- Uphold patients’ rights and promote a respectful care environment
- Respond appropriately in emergency and crisis situations
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program
- Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact State RN license
- BLS Certification (required)
