Direct Hire | Full-Time | Day Shift

Position Overview

Compensation & Incentives

· Hourly pay range: $38.02 – $57.04 per hour (based on experience)

· Sign-on bonus between $15,000 – $25,000 OR $30,000 student loan reimbursement

Key Responsibilities

· Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting

· Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals

· Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities

· Educate patients on injury prevention and home exercise programs

· Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams

· Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory standards

Requirements

· Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) (Required)

· BLS Certification (Required)

· Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience (Required)
