- Number of Beds - 41
- Number of Staff – current estimate of 15-20 therapy staff daily between disciplines (PT, OT, SLP:
- Type of staff:
- Day Shift – 2 PT needed; (current staff of 3 PT’s, 3 PTA’s)
- Patient Ratios – Carry up to 6-hour treatment load; 8 hr shift
- Type of equipment – Knowledge of ESTIM, patient lifts, transfer equipment, gym equipment, vital machines
- EMR – Meditech Magic
Typical hiring profile
Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, Therapies; OT, PT, SLP)
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
- Current PT licensure
- BLS
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
- Experience in Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation Setting
- Neuro certification/experience

- Evaluation and Treatment
- Daily treatment; gait training, neuromuscular reeducation, caregiver training
Best personality Fit:
- Team player, flexible hours for start/stop treatment time, weekends rotating
- Hands on clinician with treatments
Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
- Patient have a 3 hour therapy requirement in Inpatient Rehab. Clinician is responsible for tracking of time/charges to ensure that they are getting the required time for each patient.
