👶 LDRP RN (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum) – Nights

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate LDRP RN for a fast-paced maternity unit. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse confident in labor, postpartum, triage, and newborn care who thrives in a dynamic, patient-centered environment.

Position Details:

Openings: 1
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Start Date: 3/10/2026
Shift: 3x12 Nights
Floating: Required
Call: Required
Deliveries: 35–40 per month
Postpartum Ratio: 4:1
Scrubs provided

Requirements:

Active CA RN License
1–2 years of L&D experience
Recent Mother-Baby/Newborn experience
BLS certification
ACLS certification
NRP certification
STABLE certification
AWHONN Fetal Monitoring (current; every 2 years)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide care during labor and delivery
Manage complicated postpartum patients
Perform triage assessments
Support newborn stabilization and recovery
Collaborate with OB providers and interdisciplinary teams
Deliver patient and family education throughout the birthing process
