36/48 Flip EOW -- OT after 40

2 plus yrs current experience- BLS, ACLS, NIH; 1:5/1:6 ratios

Meditech EMR, Must have KY or compact license.
Orientation is bi-weekly.

RN must reside 100 miles from facility to be considered.
