Description

📌 Assignment Overview – Day Shift (3x12s)

Shift: 3x12-Hour Days
Time: 07:00 AM – 07:00 PM
Schedule: 36 hours per week

🏥 Unit Details

Weekend: Rotational (details discussed during interview)
Call: Yes – Variable
- Typically 1 weekday call per week
- 1 weekend call every 5–6 weeks
Floating: Within facility and scope of practice as needed
Minimum Experience: 2 years

🩺 Hiring Process

Candidate undergoes clinical screening review
If clinically approved (per Piedmont guidelines), profile goes to unit manager for final decision
Clinical screens sent case-by-case

📅 Time Off & Holidays

RTO: Maximum 7 days
Holiday Expectations:
- 1 major holiday during contract → Must work 1
- 2 major holidays → Must work both
- 3 major holidays → Must work 2

Major Holidays Include:
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving / Black Friday
Christmas Eve / Christmas Day
New Year’s Eve / New Year’s Day
