**Scrub experience for cardiac , thoracic, and vascular and circulate required**
RN CVOR
Years of experience REQ: 2 years required; Will consider 1 year if Level 1 trauma Facility
First-timers accepted: (Y/N) Yes Only if More than 2 years experience in a Level 1 Trauma Facility
Weekend REQ: Y per call policy
Certs REQ: BLS, ACLS
Is on-call REQ? (Y/N) What is the req? Yes as needed, can be more or less than 3-4 weekday and 1-2 weekends per 6 week schedule period depending on unit needs.
Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes will float within service line
Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y/N) No
Locals accepted: (Y/N) No
What is the local radius rule? Home address must be at least 75 miles from facility
Pending License accepted: (Y/N) Yes

Vascular (Open and Endovascular Procedures), Transplant (Liver, Kidney, Pancreas), Whipples (Pancreatic Procedures),
Start times: 0630, 0800, 0900, 1100....2300; rotating shift times as needed
M-F
3-4 Weekday and 1-2 Weekend call shifts per 6 week schedule required, can be more or less, as needed determined by unit needs
