Description

Position Overview:

The MRI Technologist operates magnetic resonance imaging scanners and related equipment to produce high‑quality images as ordered by a physician. These images support accurate diagnosis and patient care. The technologist ensures patient safety, maintains equipment standards, and follows all federal, state, and facility regulations.

Contract Length: 6 Weeks
Hours per Week: 36
Shifts: Mix of 6:00am–4:00pm and 7:00am–3:00pm
Shift Days: Weekdays & Weekends
Start Date: May 1, 2026
EMR: Cerner

Minimum Requirements:

Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
Certification:
- Registered Radiologic Technologist (R-RT or ARRT)
- Certified MRI Technologist (ARRT MRI or equivalent)
BLS: Current BLS through the American Heart Association
Experience: Minimum of 1 year preferred
Additional Requirements (as applicable):
- Current CPR
- TB Questionnaire, PPD, or chest X‑ray
- Current health certificate (per contract/state regulations)
Must meet all federal, state, and local compliance standards
Must be 18 years of age or older
