Job Title
• Registered Nurse - CVOR

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Day shifts

Shift
• 10-hour days, starting at 6:30 AM and ending at 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
• Scrub and circulate in the Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) setting
• Provide comprehensive nursing care for cardiac surgery patients
• Assist in surgical procedures and ensure sterile techniques are maintained
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure smooth operative flow
• Adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards in a Level 1 Trauma facility

Required Qualifications
• Valid Delaware RN license in hand at the time of submission (Compact license preferred)
• BLS certification
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a CVOR scrub and circulating nurse
• Previous experience in a Level 1 Trauma hospital

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in high-acuity, trauma, and cardiac surgical environments
• Ability to manage on-call responsibilities effectively
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
