Direct Hire | Full-Time | Evening Shift

A patient-centered skilled nursing facility in Sioux Falls, South Dakota is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for a permanent, full-time role. This position offers consistent 8-hour evening shifts, strong hourly compensation, and the opportunity to provide meaningful, hands-on care in a supportive long-term care environment. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is included.

Position Overview

Compensation & Incentives

· Hourly pay range: $34 – $48 per hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

· Provide direct nursing care to skilled nursing and long-term care residents

· Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed

· Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes in status

· Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams

· Support resident safety, comfort, and quality of life

· Accurately document care in PointClickCare

Requirements

· Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Required)

· BLS Certification (Required)

· Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (Required)
