Description

Certified Surgical Tech (CST) – CVOR / Main OR – Level I Trauma

📍 Position:

Certified Surgical Tech – CVOR / Main OR

This is a CST role that may be assigned to CVOR or Main OR, depending on department needs and interview.

⏰ Schedule:

Combination of 8s or 10s (40 hrs/week) + Call
Shift pattern discussed during interview

📞 Call Required:

CVOR: 1 overnight/week (7p–7a)
Every 3rd weekend (Fri 3PM – Mon 7AM)
15-minute response time

2 of 4 major holidays required

🏥 Facility Details:

Level I/II Trauma
12 ORs
20 Pre-Op bays
14 PACU bays
EPIC charting
Scrubs provided
Free parking

🎯 MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE:

2+ years OR experience (Level I or II Trauma)
Neuro
Trauma
ENT
Robotics
DaVinci XI
Craniotomy experience

First-time travelers accepted (strong experience required)
Must live 100+ miles away

📜 Required Credentials:

BLS
CST (NBSTSA preferred)
Associate degree OR accredited surgical tech program
(Not required if nationally certified)

High-acuity surgical environment. Strong scrub techs only.
