Travel Nursing Opportunity – Emergency Department RN

Join a fast-paced, high-acuity Emergency Department and make an immediate impact in patient care. This role is perfect for an experienced, adaptable RN who thrives in critical situations and enjoys working across all age groups, including pediatrics.

Position Details:

• Schedule: 3x12 Nights
• Contract Length: 25.86 Weeks
• Shift Requirements: Every other weekend and holiday; call as required; float as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Triage and assess patients upon arrival, initiating treatment protocols for acute illness, traumatic injuries, and life-threatening conditions
• Manage IVs, medications, and assist with emergent procedures
• Stabilize patients for admission, discharge, or transfer
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and fellow nurses in a high-volume environment
• Provide care across adult, geriatric, and pediatric populations, including behavioral health and trauma cases

Unit Details:

• 38-bed ER unit with 5 fast-track rooms and internal waiting area
• 4 behavioral health swing rooms
• 2 trauma/resuscitation rooms
• Affiliated with pediatric services

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year ER experience (2 years preferred)
• Comfortable caring for pediatric patients
