PELVIC HEALTH PHYSICAL THERAPIST: Shift: 8-10HR Days can vary, 7A-6P. 2 years of experience required. Will be floating between OP CCH and OP City Center. Certs Required: BLS, Either Hermann & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification or APTA Board Certification in Pelvic & Womens Health. FL License required. EMR: Epic. Must be competent in Evaluation and Treatment of Pelvic Rehab for Urinary Incontinence, Fecal Incontinence and Pelvic Pain for Women. Preferred experience in Evaluation and Treatment of Pelvic Rehab for Urinary Incontinence, Fecal Incontinence and Pelvic Pain for Men
