Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse (RN) - Electrophysiology Lab (EP) (Days)
Location: Des Moines, Iowa
Employment Type: Temporary
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
- Work 36-40 hours per week; overtime billable after 40 hours
- May be required to float to a nearby facility when needed
- Orientation available on specific dates
- EMR system used: EPIC CUPID
- Call back and on-call pay available with specified multipliers
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 24 months (2 years) of current experience in Electrophysiology (EP), Cardiac Cath Lab (CCL), or Interventional Radiology (IR)
- Electrophysiology (EP) experience is required
- Cardiac Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology experience preferred
- Skills checklist specific to Electrophysiology/EP, Cardiac Cath/CCL, or Interventional Radiology/IR required
Preferred Experience
- Prior travel experience is desired but not required
- Experience with EPIC CUPID electronic medical record system preferred
Required Qualifications
- Active Iowa RN license or compact/multistate license at time of submission
- Valid driver’s license
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
Additional Information
- Professional references from within the last 24 months preferred
- Must be able to quickly interview and respond to contact within local radius rules
