Description

The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide rehabilitative care to improve mobility, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability due to injury or disease. Responsibilities include completing patient evaluations, updating Plans of Care, documenting all treatments in the EHR, coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.

The PT will also provide supervision to assistants and aides and may serve as a clinical instructor for assigned students. Candidates must demonstrate strong clinical assessment skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced inpatient environment.

Minimum 2 years of inpatient experience required for submission Active CA PT License required at time of submission BLS (AHA only) must be in hand at submission Epic charting experience preferred 50-mile travel requirement (locals accepted at local rate – confirm candidate awareness) Must be available for lab work within 3–5 days of signing 7-Year Work History Verification required Background disclosure (including DUIs, if any) required prior to submission Return traveller policy: Must be away for 1 year before returning
