Charge Nurse – Emergency Department (RN Supervisor, Nights)
Location: Rowlett, Texas
Shift: Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 (external candidates only)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Department Charge Nurse (RN Supervisor) to lead and support our night shift team. This leadership role ensures high-quality patient care, efficient department operations, and strong clinical support for staff in a fast-paced emergency environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Charge RN
Minimum 5 years’ Emergency Department RN experience
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills
Ability to thrive in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment
