Travel: RN – Critical Care – NIGHTS
Location: Santa Fe, New Mexico
Duration: 13 Weeks
Start Date: March 9, 2026
Shift: Nights 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM 12*3
Weekly Pay: $2,290
Position Overview
This is a backfill assignment for an experienced Critical Care RN to work nights in a high-acuity patient care environment. The RN will provide skilled nursing care, coordinate patient management, and support the unit’s clinical operations in accordance with standards of care.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and coordinate patient care for critically ill patients
- Monitor patient condition, administer medications, and document care accurately
- Respond to emergency/crisis situations effectively
- Communicate with patients, families, and interdepartmental staff
- Follow unit policies, infection control, and safety protocols
- Float as required to support multiple care areas
Requirements
- Active RN license in New Mexico or compact state license
- BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA) required
- TNCC certification required
- Minimum 1 year critical care experience
- Strong critical thinking, clinical judgment, and patient management skills
