• Department: LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum) – Float
• Total Beds: 15
  • 7 L&D
  • 8 Postpartum
• C-Section OR Suites: 1
• Average Births: ~58 per month
• Patient Population:
  • Primarily obstetric & neonates
  • Hypertension, GDM
  • Avoid deliveries <36 weeks when possible

📜 Certifications Required

• Required: BLS
• Preferred: ACLS, NRP, STABLE

👩‍⚕️ Clinical Expectations

• Must Have Skills:
  • Strong fetal strip interpretation (required)
  • Critical thinking
  • Ability to follow quality metrics
  • Previous travel experience preferred
• Drip Titration Required: Yes
  • Pitocin
  • Insulin
  • Magnesium
• AWHONN Ratios:
  • 1:1 for Pit/Mag/Insulin drips
  • 1:3 couplet care
• Charge Nurse: Yes (takes assignment)
