<p>Shift Requirements: Variables day and nights<br />Float Requirements: Float to other units as needed- possible float to MS as needed<br />Facility Float- to Rhinelander, Eagle River and Tomahawk. Floating can and will be prescheduled.<br />On Call/Call Back Requirements: Can be low censused and put on call. Call back minimum is 2 hours<br />Weekend/Holiday Requirements: Every other weekend and every other holiday<br /><br />Required Certifications: WI RN License, BLS, ACLS- NIHSS Preferred<br />Minimum Experience: 2 years, one travel assignment preferred (not required)<br />Unit: 10 bed unit- ICU and IMC: MS unit 34 beds<br />Ratio 1:2 in ICU; 1:3-1:4 for IMC and MS 1:5-1:6<br />Charting Experience: EPIC preferred.<br />Scrub Colors: any color scrubs</p>
