GHR Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Dental Hygienist for a contract opportunity in Worthington, Ohio. This role offers strong hourly pay, a flexible schedule that increases in hours, and the potential to transition into a permanent position.

Schedule

• Now through May 25th: 24 hours per week
• Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday | 3 x 8 hour days
• Beginning May 25th: 32 hours per week

Monday through Thursday | 4 x 8 hour daysPay

• $45 to $50 per hour

Position Overview

• Provide quality dental hygiene care under the supervision of a dentist using established procedures
• Perform assisted hygiene with a dental assistant present for all appointments
• Complete an average of 7 patient appointments per day
• Assist with sterilization, laboratory duties, and general office responsibilities
• Participate in clinic and community dental health education activities
• Primary patient population includes individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of recent Dental Hygienist experience
• Current and active Ohio Dental Hygienist license
• Current BLS certification
• Current X ray or radiation safety certification
• Comfortable working with IDD patient population

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 or more years of recent Dental Hygienist experience
• Certification to administer local anesthesia
• Previous experience working with IDD patient population
