Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to oversee therapy services within a skilled nursing setting. This leadership role is responsible for managing Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy programs, ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and efficient department operations.

Assignment Details:

• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Shift: Days
• Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate PT and OT therapy services
• Lead, mentor, and support rehabilitation staff
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment programs and outcomes
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, clinical, and documentation standards
• Manage scheduling, productivity, and department performance metrics
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care goals

Requirements:

• Active state professional license (PT, OT, or related therapy discipline)
• Minimum 2 years of rehabilitation experience
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Skilled Nursing Facility experience strongly preferred
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
