Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to oversee Physical Therapy (PT) and Occupational Therapy (OT) services in a skilled nursing setting. This leadership role focuses on managing therapy operations, supporting clinical staff, and ensuring high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.

• Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations of the rehabilitation department (PT/OT)
• Supervise, mentor, and support therapy team members
• Oversee care planning, patient progress, and therapy outcomes
• Ensure compliance with clinical, regulatory, and documentation standards
• Manage staffing schedules, productivity, and department performance metrics
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
• Support quality improvement initiatives and program development

Requirements:

• Active state professional license (PT, OT, or related therapy discipline)
• Minimum 2 years of rehabilitation experience
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
