Description

St. Joseph’s Hospital (SJH) is seeking a reliable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join an evening shift Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) unit. The LPN will be responsible for delivering quality nursing care to a 21-resident unit, ensuring safe medication administration, completion of treatments, and close monitoring of resident conditions.

The nurse will administer medications and treatments, carry out physician orders, perform vital signs, provide G-tube feedings, and promptly report any changes or concerns to the supervising nurse. This role also includes supporting and guiding CNAs with their assignments while assisting with resident care as needed.

This position requires strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative long-term care environment.

Shift: Evening Shift
Shift Length: 8-Hour Shifts
Every Other Weekend (EOW) Required
