Job Description: **Shift options: 5x8 choose Mon-Fri OR Tues-Saturday - 0800-1700 OR 0900-1800 *COVID vaccination required - religious and medical exemptions accepted with completion of COVID exemption form signed by a provider for medical Position / Specialty: OT Types of Cases: Adults Geriatrics First-timers accepted: Years experience: # of cases a day: 6 Weekend REQ: Shift either M-F with 2 rotating weekend shifts or Tues - Sat
Certs Req: BLS NM License
No locals within 75 miles Pending State License accepted: NM license can pend at time of submission RTO Restrictions: Greater than 7 days needs approval. Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week facility is allowed to call off 3x throughout a 13-week assignment Hospital Highlights Type of Facility: Community-based hospital Magnet/Teaching/Level Trauma if applicable:Level III Trauma Center Level I Teaching facility Total Staffed Beds: 65 Inpatient 12 ICU Scrub Color: Ceil Blue Charting: Cerner Parking Cost: Free Shift Info: Day 5x8-Hour 08:00 - 17:00
