Description

Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Department

Shift: 12-hour shifts – varying start times

7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Additional variable starts (9A, 11A, 7P)
Charting: MEDITECH

🏥 Facility Overview

Critical Access Hospital (CAH)
Stroke Center
ASRH designation (State of North Dakota)
Level IV Trauma (State of ND)
14 regular ER beds
2 large trauma bays
Ratios: 1:3–5

RNs are required to:

Read and interpret their own telemetry strips
Manage full-spectrum ED presentations (Peds → Geriatrics)

May occasionally assist on:

Med/Surg (MSP)
ICU
