Description

Occupational Therapist needed in Rutland, Vermont to help patients improve daily function, safety, and independence. This role includes evaluations, individualized treatment planning, and evidence based interventions focused on ADLs, mobility and transfers, upper extremity strength and coordination, cognition and safety awareness, and adaptive equipment training while collaborating with the care team to support strong outcomes.

Active Vermont OT license required (or eligible to obtain). Experience in rehab, SNF, hospital, outpatient, or home health preferred. Strong communication, time management, and documentation skills are important. EMR experience is a plus, and weekend coverage may apply depending on the setting.
