Description

Hospice RN – Moab, UT Shift: Days

Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Care Setting: Hospice / Home Health
EMR: HospiceSoft or Careficient preferred

Patient Population / Scope:

Terminally ill patients in home settings.
Provide skilled nursing care, pain & symptom management, patient/family education.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team (physicians, social workers, chaplains, volunteers).
On-call 1–3 shifts per week, including 3 weekends per 13-week contract.

Requirements:

RN license in Utah or compact RN license
Minimum 3 years nursing experience (hospice, home health, or palliative care preferred)
BLS Certification
Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
Ability to respond within 45 minutes when on-call
EMR experience preferred: HospiceSoft or Careficient
