<h2>Job Summary – OB RN (Neonatal Monitoring | STABLE Preferred)</h2><h3>🏥 Position:</h3><p><strong>OB RN – Labor &amp; Delivery / Postpartum</strong></p><h3>📅 Assignment Length:</h3><ul><li><strong>13 Weeks</strong></li></ul><h3>⏰ Shift Details:</h3><ul><li><strong>Night Shift</strong></li><li>Primarily <strong>8-hour shifts</strong></li><li><strong>12-hour shifts as needed</strong></li></ul><h3>📊 Unit Breakdown (Monthly Volume):</h3><ul><li><strong>4 Labor &amp; Delivery cases</strong></li><li><strong>5 Postpartum cases</strong></li><li><strong>35–40 deliveries per month</strong></li></ul><h3>👶 Required Experience:</h3><ul><li>OB RN experience (L&amp;D + Postpartum)</li><li><strong>Neonatal monitoring</strong></li><li><strong>STABLE certification preferred</strong><br />(Sugar, Temperature, Airway, Blood pressure, Lab work, Emotional support)</li></ul><h3>🔄 Floating Policy:</h3><ul><li>May float <strong>only as a sitter or helper</strong></li><li><strong>Will NOT receive a patient assignment while floating</strong></li></ul><h3>🏥 Facility Overview:</h3><ul><li>Small facility</li><li>Only departments available:<ul><li>Med-Surg</li><li>ICU</li><li>ED</li></ul></li></ul>
