Description

13 weeks for FMLA/ LOA RN for ambulatory role focused on the triage, care coordination, and clinic-based support of hematology and oncology patients. It is an office based role. Experience in with heme/oncology and/or ambulatory support is strongly preferred. 2yrs exp req NOT infusion position. 8:30a-1700p w/no weekends or holidays. BLS eq., chemo/bioprovider card, OCN preferred.EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable. Epic experience within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable
