·       Number of Beds - 30

·       Number of Staff –

·       Type of staff:

o   Day Shift – (example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters) 4-5 RN 2-3 PCT

o   Night Shift – 4-5 RN 2-3 PCT

·       Patient Ratios –  Med Surg 6:1 occassionally 7:1 ICU (typically more step down than ICU patients) 4:1 Type of equipment -

·       EMR - Cerner

Skill Set Most recruited for: 

Must have:  candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

·        ICU or Step Down/Progressive Care experience,

·       At least 1 travel assignment prior

Preferred or nice to have:  candidates with these skills will be considered first.

·        ICU experience

·         Thoracentesis,

·       Vents

·       A lines

·        Central lines

·       Dressing changes

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:

·       ACLS

·       NIHSS

·       Shifts 7:00PM-7:00AM
