Description
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team. The PT will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering high‑quality therapeutic interventions to help patients restore function, improve mobility, and reduce pain.
This role involves working closely with physicians, nurses, and other clinicians to ensure coordinated and effective patient care across inpatient, outpatient, and rehab settings depending on facility needs.
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) License in the state of assignment
- BLS Certification (AHA preferred)
- Minimum 1 year PT experience (new grads accepted at some facilities)
- Strong skills in evaluation, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload in a fast‑paced clinical environment
- Excellent communication, documentation, and patient‑education skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary care team
