Description

Must-Have:
- Experience with long-term recovery therapy
- Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care

Description:
Department includes multiple therapists and support staff.
Candidates will treat 6 to 8 patients per day depending on overall caseload.
Common diagnoses include post-surgical cases, orthopedics, neurological conditions, and sports medicine.
Clinical settings include outpatient care, inpatient swing bed, assisted living, and skilled nursing.
Therapists may be required to float between different areas and see patients in a single day.
Two years of licensed experience is required, excluding clinical experience.
Preference is given to those with experience in long-term recovery therapy and skilled nursing facilities.
Orientation is provided by the department manager, typically lasting one week.
Flexible start times are available between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM.
Occasional weekend work may be required.
Dress code allows for any color scrubs or business casual attire.
The radius rule is 30 miles from the facility.
