Description
Active OH or compact license.
Certs: ACLS, BLS, NIH
Experience: 2 years of ICU exp required. - MUST HAVE ECMO EXP FOR THIS POSITION
Would be expected to float to other levels of as needed - Alaris pumps, Vents, CPAP BiPap, pressors bonus items: IABP, EVD, ICP, TVP, CRRT, impella, SWAN, ECMO
High Acuity, Neuro, Cardiac, postsurgical.
Dysrhythmia exam required
24 Bed Unit
4D and 4B

High Acuity, Neuro, Cardiac, postsurgical.
Overflow can flex up to 36 beds.
Provider coverage: Intensivist resident and hospitalist team of two mid-levels and two residents on nights. Rapid response team, a resource RN and house supervisor on 24/7.
Scheduling: The first schedule is added to the end of the schedule period based on need, but we take preferences in to account and meet them the best that we can; block schedule, 3 in row, not three in a row etc. Then, they can self-schedule at the next opening.
